6-Hour National Safety Council Defensive Driving Course***Class is held on the Saturday dates listed below from 9AM to 3:30 PM in Elmira-Horseheads, Johnson City, Ithaca and Owego. Scroll down below the 5-hour course dates for dates and information of the Defensive Driving Courses. Must arrive by 8:45 am for the class. On line courses go to

5-Hour Pre-Licensing Course
***Class is held on the dates and times listed below. Times for Monday through Thursday are 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Saturday classes are 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Johnson City & Owego sites) or 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM (Arnot Mall & Ithaca sites). Check your class below for the time. Must have a valid learners permit to take the class. This is a required class for the road test. ***To register for this class go to the Request for Informaton page or call 1-800-964-2770. The course fee is $40. ***For course completion you do not take a test.

Elmira-Horseheads at the Arnot Mall Class is held every Tuesday at 4:30 PM. Classes also held on Saturday at 9:30 am on: Feb 18, March 3, March 17,April 7, April 21 .
Ithaca at the Ramada Inn Saturday classes start at 9:30 AM , February 11, March 10, April 14, (Sat Classes underlined)
Johnson City at the Best Western (All Classes are at 4:30 PM )

6-Hour National Safety Council Defensive Driving Course
**Class is held on the Saturday dates listed below from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, (be 15 minutes early) or we come to your site for groups of 8 or more. This class is approved for point and insurance reduction. Point reduction could help you avoid a license suspension. You may reduce your point total by up to four points.
**Successful completion by the principal operator provides a 10% reduction for 3 years on current liability and collision insurance premiums. This includes automobiles, trucks, recreational vehicles, and motorcycles.
**We will come to your site for a group of 8 or more.
